GENERAL INFORMATION
  
The model QM 230 is a very small desk top degausser that provides a convenient pass-through opening in the center of the degaussing magnets. It employs powerful permanent magnets for continuous use. No batteries or electric outlets are required.

There are two powerful strontium-fenite magnets that produce 16 flux fields, which erase the tape as it passes through the erase. The 1350 gauss field provides high quality erasure for audio cassettes and DC2000 mini-cartridges.
